Required data

The current backend expects `petId`, `ownerUserId`, `publicStory`, and `status`. For a clinic submission you can also pass `clinicId`.

Submission mode

This is not just a demo shell. The form below sends a real request to `sponsored-cases/persist` and opens the created case after a successful response.

This form sends a real foundation case to the backend. For a clinic flow you can pass `clinicId`; owner and shelter submissions do not require it.
