Read this. It is short and important.
ChongCheck is an artificial-intelligence informational tool that produces second-opinion analyses of pet-health information you submit. It is not a veterinary clinic, hospital, or telemedicine provider.
ChongCheck does not:
The output of ChongCheck is informational and educational only.
For any health concern affecting your pet, consult a licensed veterinarian in your jurisdiction. They are qualified to examine your pet, run additional tests, interpret results in context, and prescribe appropriate care.
Specifically, you must consult a licensed veterinarian to:
Do not delay seeking veterinary advice because of something you read or saw on ChongCheck.
If you suspect a medical emergency, stop using ChongCheck and contact an emergency veterinary service immediately. Examples of emergencies include but are not limited to:
For pets located in:
+7 (495) 925-66-65 (Moscow 24/7 emergency vet line, example) or your local 24-hour clinic.A complete list of regional emergency hotlines is maintained at chongcheck.app/emergency.
ChongCheck uses an AI consilium that produces a structured report based on the information you submit. The output:
We design with safety in mind, but no AI system is reliable enough to replace a clinical exam by a qualified veterinarian. Treat the output as one input among many, not as a final answer.
ChongCheck is currently calibrated primarily for dogs and cats. Other species (small mammals, reptiles, birds, exotics) may be supported in a limited fashion, but reference ranges and breed baselines for non-cat, non-dog species are less robust. Always consult an exotics-trained veterinarian for non-mainstream species.
Veterinary practice, drug availability, and emergency-response infrastructure differ by country. The information provided by ChongCheck does not account for jurisdiction-specific protocols. Apply local veterinary guidance over ours.
The use of ChongCheck does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship between you and ChongCheck, its staff, or any AI model used by the Service. Where a Vet handoff feature is used, the relationship is between you and the human veterinarian who accepts your referral, not with ChongCheck.
ChongCheck staff who are licensed veterinarians (where applicable) do not provide individualized veterinary advice through the platform. Any feedback they provide on case validation is collegial, not a substitute for examination by the pet's primary veterinarian.
Where ChongCheck displays drug or treatment information, this is for general reference only. Drug interactions, contraindications, doses, and clinical decisions are highly individual. Do not administer any medication based on ChongCheck output without veterinary supervision.
Past performance of ChongCheck's models on similar cases does not guarantee any specific outcome for your pet. Every animal is different. Every case is different.
If you believe ChongCheck produced an incorrect, dangerous, or misleading output, please report it to safety@chongcheck.app. We take safety reports seriously and incorporate them into our model-improvement process. Reports do not constitute medical complaints; for those, contact your veterinarian.
By using ChongCheck, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer, and that you will rely on licensed veterinary care rather than on this Service for any clinical decision affecting your pet.
